3. Products, pricing and availability
- Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
- We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colour exactly.
- Product availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer and to discontinue any product.
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with an incorrect description, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order has been confirmed.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, reseller activity, or an error in pricing or stock.
5. Billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it as needed. Payment is processed by 【Stripe】; we do not store your full payment card details.
6. Brands and trademarks
Product names, brands and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. 【BareWalk】 is an independent retailer and is not an authorised dealer of, affiliated with, or endorsed by any of the brands sold unless expressly stated. Brand names are used solely to describe the products offered.
7. Prohibited uses
You may not use the site or its content to break any law, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, interfere with site security, or impersonate another person.
8. Third-party links and tools
