Before you email
To help us answer faster, please include:
- your order number
- the name of the product and the size you ordered
- for damaged or incorrect items, a photo of the item and the packaging
Common questions
- Where is my order? Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive 8 to 12 business days after that. Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email.
- I want to return something. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a return authorisation and the return address. See our Refund Policy for full details.
- I need to change my address. Email us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has left our warehouse.
